Petaluma Ride and Picnic with SRCC!

John’s Jaunt in July - Multi Level rides for AA, A, B, C and D level riders

Note: each ride level has a different start time, see descriptions below 

Members of the Santa Rosa Cycling Club are partnering with the Petaluma Wheelmen Cycling Club for a multi-level potluck ride.   Main meals will be provided by the clubs after the ride, with the post-ride party being held at St John’s Episcopal Church at 5th and C St in downtownPetaluma. 

All rides start in Petaluma.  Join us after the ride for food, drink and socializing between the two clubs.  Get out there, ride and meet new friends!

Carpooling is strongly encouraged.  Note that the downtown district, including the area around the church, has 2 hour parking only.  See this map, which shows the downtown district restricted parking area as well as two public parking lots at: Keller & Western and 2nd & C St (which are both free – note that you must walk, not ride your bike out of these multi-level lots): http://www.petalumadowntown.com/getting-around.html

 The ride is open to all members of either club, but registration is required.  We will close Thursday July 9.  

We are also looking for volunteers for set-up, cooking duty, and clean-up. Please sign-up through the registration link or email Bridgette DeShields with questions. 

For all riders: the goal is for everyone to arrive back between 12:30-1:30 pm.

Side dishes and beverages can be  dropped off at the church Saturday morning from 7:30-8:30 am. 

Potluck assignment:

Riders must wear a helmet and carry ID on all club rides. Rain Cancels rides unless otherwise stated.
